Friend brought car there, they where quick, informative, and great customer service. So worth the price! He need a new air filter they didn't have on stock. They called part sorce right away went over got one, and installed it quickly:)

Service was okay, asked for them to check transmission fluid. Was told it was not possible because I did not have a dip stick and to go to a dealer. Every other location I've been to has a universal that was able to be used. The person who served me didn't seem to want to do anything extra. As he refused the coupon I got when signing up, saying "no we don't do that at this location". Not even trying to scan it, or ask anyone else about it, just refused it all together. Before even mentioning the service I wanted, he noticed tires in bags, and immediately started saying no, we can't do tires today. (Wasn't what I was there for) but it's advertised everywhere on the building. On paperwork claimed he checked a bunch of things. He did not. As I could see everything he was doing. Almost an hour wait in line.

In and out in 20 minutes. Service was fast and excellent. Friendly staff. Would recommend coming here.

Came 20 min before closing and was told they won’t have time to do my vehicle. I bring my fleet of vehicles to this place but will never be back. Rude employee and all around lazy if they are closing 20 min early. Places with lazy staff don’t deserve business! You can do better!!!

What a rip off they finished my oil change they show me the total of 100.1 i was like alright then he goes back adds extra charges then it gets to 115.24 when i asked he replies its because my car has an extra plate ? The the manager claims its taxes so who’s lying Be honest with people

Pros: Very convenient, and friendly efficient staff. Cons: You pay dearly for that convenience; I have used other quick lube places around the province and have never been charged as much for a synthetic oil change as I was at this location. Looking at my past receipts it was nearly $40 more than the others. On top of this I had a coupon that advertised $10 off oil change and a $20 e-gift card. I went to the website and filled in the form for the e-gift card and a few weeks later received an email back saying I did not qualify for the gift card with the reason being I purchased a competitive product. Jiffy lube provided all the products used for my oil change so how could this be the reason my gift card was denied? My oil change was just over $176 for an SUV ??? I usually pay around $120-$135 at a dealer or other quick lube places. If you are in a hurry and can’t wait for an appointment than this place will fit the bill, but you will pay for that convenience
